The Embraer Suppliers Conference is an annual event that highlights collaboration, performance and excellence of partners through recognition across multiple segments between indirect and direct supply.

The awarded companies receive the Preferred Supplier status which makes the company eligible to be part of Embraer Suppliers Advisory Council (ESAC), an advisory group that promotes the debate on main trends and strategic topics, strengthening alliances to leverage business opportunities with the company.

A Preferred Supplier is a unilateral, proactive, and a recognition award that Embraer has developed to honor its high-performance suppliers. Embraer’s supply chain management connects the company's business needs with an extensive and complex base of suppliers located in more than 60 countries. To this end, the company has a global purchasing policy that establishes guidelines for the acquisition of goods, services, and industrialization of products within the highest standards of ethics, sustainability, transparency, and compliance. 

In this year’s edition, during the conference it was announced the new organizational structure of the Vice Presidency of Global Procurement and Supply Chain. This reorganization will create a more integrated and cohesive approach to suppliers’ management and, as such, align the strategy of developing a robust and more resilient supply chain, strengthen Embraer's business efficiency and accelerate business growth in a sustainable manner.
